Program Structure
Business Foundations (6 months)
The first phase helps enterprises strengthen their foundations. This includes refining business models, building effective teams, and putting strong governance systems in place. Participants will benefit from coaching, masterclasses, and tailored grants designed to address their most pressing internal needs.
Business Growth (6 months)
The second phase shifts the focus outward, preparing enterprises to grow and engage externally. Through advanced mentorship, investor connections, research vouchers, and global networking opportunities, participants will work on market access, investment readiness, fundraising, and scaling their solutions.
